In this assignment, I learned about the splitter bars and how you can change the size of the panes. I also learned about the slide and outline tabs. I did not know about the notes pane underneath the slide pane.

Thumbnails-Contains small-size views.
Splitter bars-Horizontal or vertical bars separates the left, slide, and notes pane.
Title Slide-First slide in a presentation.
Title-Main topic of any slide.
Placeholder-A preset location reserving space for a slide element.
Title area-Placeholder for slide's title.
Text area-Placeholder for a subtitle or a numbered or bulleted list.
Object area-Resevered for objects.
Rich Text Format (RTF)-File format with the extension.
AutoContent Wizard-a tool to help you create s presentation easily with preprogrammed layouts, design, and text.
Boilerplate text-Standard text which is approriate for that type of presentation.
Indent level- a that indicates the indent and importance of the subtitle in relation to the title.
Promote-Decreasing the indent and increasing the type size.
Demote-Increasing the indent adn decreases the type size.
Object-Nontext elements such as charts, tables, clipart,pictures, or other types of information.
Subtitle-Text that follows the title and gives more detail about the title.
